Homeowners in Jefferson County receive a property tax bill each November. The Clerk’s Office is responsible for collecting those taxes, but the Property Valuation Administration makes the assessment. If you have issues with the valuation of your home, contact the PVA at 502-574-6380 or go to JeffersonPVA.ky.gov
Property taxes can be paid through the end of the year without penalty, but after January 1, the homeowner will incur late charges. If taxes aren’t paid by April, the tax could be considered delinquent. Here is how you can use our CCLIX+ platform to determine the bill on your delinquent property.
