NOTICE: The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet has recently made changes to the ‘Dealer Power of Attorney’ form (TC 96-336). This form can be accessed by visiting Kentucky Transportation Cabinet. Previously used POA forms will be accepted until January 1, 2020. However, we suggest utilizing the new POA form immediately. Please contact Dealer/Specials if you have any questions.
Motor vehicle transactions conducted with licensed Jefferson County dealerships are processed at all branches, including the Downtown Dealer Department.
Form TC 96-187, Title Lien Statement, has been removed from our website. The Transportation Cabinet has request that we have this form removed from the website to help reduce fraudulent activity. If you have questions, please contact our Lien Department at (502) 574-6130.
