WHO?

Registered Republicans and Democrats in Jefferson County who have not changed their party affiliation within the last year.

WHAT?

Election officers to work on Election day. Each election officer is compensated $15.00 for attending a two-hour training session and $105 for working on Election day.

WHEN?

The General Election is November 4, 2008.

WHY?

Each polling location requires two Republican and two Democrat workers to ensure the voting process is carried out in a fair and legal manner.
