Kentucky Revised Statute Section 64.012 as amended by House Bill 537, mandates the following fee changes:

• Amended Fixture Filing: $13
• Assignment of Fixture Filing: $13
• Continuation of Fixture Filing: $13
• Fixture Filing / UCC Book Document Fee Filing: $29
• Fixture Filing with Assignment: $41
• Partial Release Fixture Filing: $13
• Release Fixture Filing Prior 7/14/94: $13
• Release Fixture Filing After 7/14/94: $0
