There is no charge for viewing or printing documents, you can research a document using five different search options, and our knowledgeable support staff is available to assist you using the highest standards of professionalism and integrity. Our Online Land Records System is operational Monday – Saturday from 8 a.m. to midnight, and on Sunday from 12 noon to midnight.
Visit the Online Land Records web site to begin your search. The Jefferson County Clerk's Office Online Land Records software has not been certified for Internet Explorer 10. Safari 7 is incompatible at this time and we recommend using Google Chrome as an alternative for MAC OS 10.9 users.
