The Jefferson County Clerk’s Office Will be Closed Thursday, Friday and Saturday November 28th, 29th & 30th In Observance of Thanksgiving

LOUISVILLE, KY – The Jefferson County Clerk’s Office and all its Motor Vehicle branch customer service locations will be closed on both Thursday & Friday, November 28th & 29th in observance of Thanksgiving. The Commonwealth of Kentucky’s Automated Vehicle Information System (AVIS) statewide will be shut down.

The Deed Room located in Metro Hall will also be closed on Saturday, November 30th.

ALL JEFFERSON COUNTY CLERK OFFICES WILL BE CLOSED, INCLUDING THE MOTOR VEHICLE BRANCHES.

Normal work hours will resume on Monday at all motor vehicle branch offices from 8:30 AM– 4:30 PM, with extended hours until 6:30 PM on Monday at the Dixie, East and Highview Branches.
